A B S A T Z
Walk-in installation for one person
From the outside, A b s a t z is a box. It invites you to explore its monolithic architecture. On the inside, it is tight and silently lonely. But if you follow the lure of the light it can lead to an encounter with the protagonist from Kafka’s story “The Cares of a Family Man”, the word O d r a d e k . It flits through the picture, rustles in the walls, tells its story and ultimately demands an about-turn. The whole thing looks senseless enough, but in its own way perfectly finished.
